my opinion matters

The Creative Arts Emmys were given out already, because that’s the way they do it. I’m not going to list all of them because you can just google it if you want to, but I will highlight some of the important ones: Mad Men won Best Casting for a Drama, which is exciting because I love that show and it should win everything. Even more awesome is Modern Family won for Best Casting for a Comedy!! More later… laptop is dying.

I know I’m a little behind with predictions this year, but if you’ve read some of my other posts, you know I’m on detail for work this month, and I’ve been working a LOT. This year I’ve decided not to worry about what WILL win, and instead concentrate on who I think should win. It makes it much more fun for me that way, and even though I’ll be disappointed, I no longer care. The same stuff wins every year, anyway. I am also posting comments on some of the awards that never get mentioned during the live show, just for kicks. So here goes: Outstanding Short-Format Animated Program - The nominated shows are Adventure Time, Chowder, Disney Kick Buttowski, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, Robot Chicken, and Uncle Grandpa. I have seen Chowder and Flapjack several times, and Ryan tells me Adventure Time is great and I should watch it.
