Terra Nova...
...is an awesome show. It's a new show this fall on FOX, which is scary to think about in the first place. FOX isn't usually that reliable when it comes to programming, but then again, they did have 24. Terra Nova is like LOST meets Jurassic Park . Here's a brief overview: There is a family on Earth that illegally had another child. The law is that families are restrictred to two parents and two children to avoid overpopulation. The planet is also suffering from serious envrinomental problems. Cue Avatar and Fern Gully. Anyway, the family is found out and the dad goes to jail. The actor is from something, but I and IMDB couldn't figure out what I know him from. Anyway, the wife is a doctor, or scientist, or something, and she gets a shot at going to Terra Nova, which isn't really a place and is more back in time. The quickly explain away how the Butterfly Effect doesn't apply, but I will have to watch the episode again to understand better - something about pa
