What is up with this kid? Does he think he’s Usher? Why does he wear 80s style moon boots? He is confusing. Discuss.

Watch this movie with Cameron Diaz and the guy who plays Cyclops. And then get back to me. I read the short story and it was nothing like the film at all, and it got a little Donnie Darko towards the end – in a good way, I think, but still. There’s no point of me discussing this film in any detail if you haven’t seen it because you will have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about. So watch it, and let me know.

People would not leave me alone about this movie, Law Abiding Citizen. Seriously. They would not leave me alone about how great an amazing the movie is, over and over again. But, you know, it has Jamie Foxx in it and I pretty much hate him a lot. [more in a bit, I am taking a break from blogging to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2] Okay, so anyway. I was not particularly interested, especially because the film also had Gerard Butler (known to me as the phantom in The Phantom of the Opera but known to everyone else on the planet as the guy from 300 who yells “For Sparta!”) in it, and I’m not a huge fan. I’m neutral. Anyway, so since everyone was bugging me about it, I put it in my instant queue for Netflix and forgot about it, but alas, it came in the mail and I felt obligated to watch it.
