The Grammys: Predictions
Now, I am not as obsessed with the Grammys as I am with the Globes or the Oscars or even the Emmys. As a result, my predictions are usually WAY off because I pick the songs and albums and artists I like the best rather than which was the most successful or what the most people liked. But I don’t care. I am not concerned if my percentage of picking sucks. Whatever. So, here are my predictions based on my personal taste – maybe I’ll win one or two this year! Album of the Year: Nominees are Beyonce, The Black Eyed Peas, Dave Matthews, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift. First off, no way Dave Matthews wins because Dave Matthews blows and everybody knows it. Disturbingly, Entertainment Weekly seems to think he will win. Yuck. In my opinion, it HAS to be Lady Gaga. She is the most entertaining and I believe she’s had the most singles off the album, unless Taylor Swift has more. So maybe it goes to Taylor, but I pick Lady Gaga because I love her and she is amazing. Song of the Year: Nominees are “S
